  1. Cancellation Policy
    • If cancelled between 28 days and 14 days before arrival, an admin fee of $30 will be deducted from first nights deposit.  Balance will be refunded.
    • If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 100 % of the first night will be charged.
    • If cancelled within 7 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    • Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival . Please make other arrangements if you do not want us to use the credit card you provided us with, bank transfers also available.
  2. All charges must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.
  3. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
  4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
  5. Only the number of people shown on the booking may stay in the apartment overnight.
  6. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.
  7. There is no refund for early departure.
  8. It is recommended that ALL guest’s purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect themselves from any unexpected situations.
  9. Credit Card Fees – The Villas Palm Cove does not charge “Credit Card Fees”.
