Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 1 night deposit due at time of booking
  • Payment in full is required 14 days prior to arrival.
  • The Villas Palm Cove reserves the right to charge the credit card provided
  • If we are unable to process your payment, we will call and email you to discuss payment options.
  • If after 24 hours, you have not reached out to us to provide alternate payment options, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will send a cancellation notification via email.
  • If you still wish to travel, our staff will attempt to re-instate your booking and immediate payment will be required, however availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please ensure there is sufficient credit available to cover your booked services including a 1.4% credit card surcharge (2.13% for American Express). If we cannot charge your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation Policy

    • Prior to 14 days 50% of the deposit (half of the first night) cancellation fee applies
    • Inside 14 days, no refunds given

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise guests take out Travel Insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel Policies

  1. The guest will be liable for any damage or loss to the villa and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
  2. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
  3. Only the number of people shown on the booking may stay in the apartment overnight.
  4. All visitors must report to the office and park in the designated visitor carpark

Reception Hours & Bookings
Our reception will be open from 8am to 4:00pm daily.

Smoking Policy
The Villas Palm Cove is 100% non-smoking, which means that smoking in the rooms is forbidden.
